DW38CNC-5A-3S is a programmable CNC five axis 38 multi-layer mold CNC pipe bending machine designed and manufactured by Zhongben Machinery according to world and national standards. The equipment transmission adopts Taiwanese technology umbrella gear transmission, and the machine head is equipped with servo motors and reducers up and down. The pipe fittings are stationary, the equipment accuracy is high, and the pipe bending clearance is small. It is suitable for the processing of high-precision pipe bending products.
Structural type
The use of linear guide rail flat pushing curved wall structure has high accuracy, fast speed, and long service life.
Adopting an independent hydraulic guide plate to assist in pushing the structure. Curved pipes are more stable.
The hydraulic system of the machine is equipped with an air cooling device, which facilitates user control of oil temperature
The bending direction of the pipe fittings is from above, and clockwise rotation is the bending direction
Equipment functional requirements:
1. The equipment has a bending and auxiliary pushing function
2. The motion speed of the four axes adopts "pulse" acceleration and deceleration technology, and the machine runs quickly and smoothly.
3. Working noise ≤ 80dB
4. Accumulated number of bends.
5. The text displayed on the screen should be in both Chinese and English, with simplified Chinese being required.
6. All data is input through touch screen, keyboard, and USB.
7. It is possible to set whether to thread through the core, as well as the clamping and direct feeding operation modes for round and non round pipes
8. It has an automatic oil injection system for core piercing and an early core withdrawal function (specific)
9. Countable (in the hard drive) monthly production program names and quantities
10. It can be connected to a printer to print edited data into a report
11. Data can be stored on hard drives and software
12. A point (X.Y.Z value) and a bend (Y.B.C value) can be inserted from it
13. A point (X.Y.Z value) and a bend (Y.B.C value) can be removed from it
14. Data can be reversed (X.Y.Z value)
15. Can automatically calculate the length of the first bend
16. Each turn can be set with an action sequence (there are a total of 8 types of action sequences:)

17. The set value, compensation value, and speed for each turn can be set separately.
18. The fully automatic mode can be paused at any time, press the start button to continue working.
19. Can display multiple languages (open)
20. The memory capacity can store 200 sets of curved pipe archive data (i.e. machining data for 200 parts).
21. Data editing completed with key lock function to prevent arbitrary modification of data
