The metal circular saw machine is an oil pressure automatic metal sawing machine that automatically feeds, clamps, and cycles after cutting. This machine has the characteristics of simple operation, low noise, no dust pollution, good sawing quality, basically no burrs inside and outside the incision, and high production efficiency.

1. Reserve sufficient working space in front of the circular saw machine according to its external dimensions.

2. After using the stacker to transport it in place, gently lower it down and do not fall or collide strongly.

3. Use a spirit level to adjust the machine to a horizontal position.

4. Connect the three-phase 380V, 50HZ AC power supply and the yellow green dual color ground wire properly, and be sure to ground the yellow green dual color ground wire to avoid the risk of electric leakage.

5. Connect the power cord and connect the fuse free switch or knife switch. At this time, be careful not to lose phase to prevent the motor from burning out due to inability to start.

6. After starting the motor, check if the running direction matches the red arrow on the saw blade cover. If it is the opposite, please swap the two phase lines. Note that the yellow and green ground wires cannot be swapped.

7. When installing the saw blade, refer to the red arrow on the saw blade cover. The tooth shape direction should be consistent with the arrow direction and cannot be reversed to avoid danger caused by the saw blade breaking; Before the machine starts working, ensure that the saw blade is locked with anti loosening screws, otherwise it may also cause the saw blade to break.

The following description of direction is defined based on the direction observed by the operator standing at the feeding position during the machining process. Specifically, the feeding direction of the pipe fittings is defined as the front, and vice versa as the back. The operator observes that the radial left side of the pipe fittings to be cut is left, and the radial right side is right.

An automatic pipe cutting machine comprising a frame 1 arranged along the front and back directions, a feeding mechanism 2 installed on the frame 1, a clamping mechanism and a cutting mechanism 3. As shown in Figure 1, the cutting mechanism 3 includes a pillar 31 installed on the frame 1, a machine head 32 sliding vertically on the pillar 31, and a cutting blade 33 installed on the machine head 32. The clamping mechanism includes several sets of fixture groups 4 for clamping on the outward side of the diameter of the pipe to be cut, as shown in Figures 3 and 4. Each group of fixture group 4 includes a pair of symmetrical left fixtures 41 and right fixtures 42 distributed on the radial opposite sides of the pipe fittings. The left fixture 41 and right fixture 42 slide towards or away from each other along the radial direction of the pipe fittings. Here, the left fixture 41 and the right fixture 42 can be driven by oil cylinders or manually adjusted to achieve alignment along the pipe fittings
