During the sawing process, the workpiece is clamped, and the feeding, sawing, cutting back, and clamp release are all controlled sequentially by electrical and hydraulic automatic control.

This machine has the characteristics of easy operation, low noise, no dust pollution, good sawing quality, no burrs inside and outside the incision, high production efficiency, unchanged raw material position of the workpiece during oblique cutting, and small space occupation.

Machine installation and debugging

 

Installation of the machine

The machine must be placed on a horizontally painted cement ground and fixed to the ground with bolts according to the screw holes at the four corners of the machine base.

 

Turn on electricity

The internal electrical circuit of the machine has been pre connected, and there is a four phase wire led out for power supply, with one of the two colored wires being the grounding wire.

 

Debugging steering

After connecting the power, turn on the main switch of the machine, and the red indicator light will light up. Pull out the emergency brake switch, then turn on the motor speed switch, and the machine head will be powered to operate the transmission saw blade shaft. At this time, check whether the direction of rotation is consistent with the direction of the red arrow on the saw blade cover. If it is the opposite, cut off the power supply, connect any two of the three phase lines that are introduced into the power supply to each other, and then follow the above procedure to re operate and try to turn the saw blade in the same direction as the arrow.

 

Operating instructions

Connect the power supply, attempt to turn the steering accurately, and fill 3/4 of the water tank with emulsion with a concentration of 1:10. Then turn off the power and air supply.

Install the saw blade in the same direction as the arrow on the safety cover.

 

Select speed:

The correct selection of saw blade speed should be based on the size and material of the workpiece. The main motor of this machine is a variable pole variable speed motor, divided into fast and slow gears. The selection switch is located on the junction box of the main motor. When sawing high-frequency welded pipes with a wall thickness of less than 2mm, the fast gear should be selected; Slow speed is suitable for sawing thick pipe walls, solid bars, and copper materials.

 

Matters needing attention

Please wear safety glasses when operating this machine.

Before starting up, it is necessary to check whether the safety cover of the saw blade is properly installed.

Operators are not allowed to wear loose clothing or leave long hair to prevent getting caught in the machine.

Must be used within the designed functional range of this machine.

The workpiece to be sawn must be firmly clamped by a clamp.

Do not use dull saw blades.

It is prohibited to start the water pump without water or the oil pump without oil.

When an abnormal situation occurs, simply push the emergency brake switch inward and the machine head will rebound.

 

Maintenance and upkeep of machines

After using the machine tool for a period of time, the machine head should be replaced with a hyperbolic gear shaft.

When replacing the saw blade, clean the saw blade, shaft, and blade cover with clean gauze.

After use, the pliers should be cleaned and lubricated with butter.

Regularly add or replace emulsions.

The oil drum for oil and gas conversion should pay attention to the oil level. When the machine head is cut down to the lowest point, the oil level should not be lower than 30mm. If it is too low, it is necessary to add No. 10 mechanical oil.

Oil and gas separators should pay attention to drainage
