a) The equipment comes with a 12 month warranty upon leaving the factory. The time shall be calculated from the date of final acceptance after delivery. During the warranty period, any manufacturing quality issues will be covered by the supplier's free warranty, and any other issues caused by other reasons will be borne by the user for reasonable repair costs. After the warranty period expires, we will still provide accessories and good service at a reasonable cost.

b) When the equipment malfunctions during use, the supplier shall respond within 2 hours after receiving notification from the purchaser. If it cannot be directly resolved over the phone, send someone to the site within 24 hours. Generally, faults should be resolved within 48 hours, while major faults should be resolved as quickly as possible, with a principle of no more than 72 hours (excluding holidays).

c) The supplier is responsible for providing timely feedback to the demand side on the development trend of new processes, introducing the characteristics of new equipment, providing advanced technology and processes, and explaining the demand side's doubts.

A. Technical training: The seller is responsible for training operators and maintenance personnel for the buyer, and the training can be divided into two phases. The first phase is to send relevant personnel from the buyer to the seller for initial acceptance before shipment, with a training period of about 3-5 days. The second phase is to expect the equipment to be delivered to the buyer, and the seller will send technical personnel for further training during installation, debugging, and acceptance.

Equipment acceptance:

a. Conduct pre acceptance at the seller's factory and process qualified test pieces specified by the buyer.

b. Acceptance method:

The acceptance is carried out in two stages. For the first time, the seller notifies the buyer to send personnel to the supplier for initial acceptance before delivery. If the acceptance is qualified, the goods will be shipped. After the second delivery of the equipment, the seller shall send personnel to the buyer's factory to carry out installation and debugging, conduct acceptance together with the buyer, and issue an acceptance report.

B. Acceptance criteria:

Conduct acceptance in accordance with the relevant provisions of this technical agreement;

Test and accept the machine according to the actual sample of the workpiece drawing.
