The quality and technology of pipe cutting machines, pipe shrinking machines, and other pipe processing machinery have become increasingly mature and stable. We are not in a state of exploration like in the past due to the birth of a new product or technology. Therefore, the stability of the machine's performance is relatively fragile. However, today's pipe processing equipment is stable and standardized, so after purchasing a machine tool, as long as you carefully maintain it, It can be used for a long time.

In this way, when the pipe bending machine inserts the pipe into the core rod, these small iron pins will fall out, and the iron pins that have not been cleaned will fall into the oil tank inside the machine body. We all know that using an oil pump to input hydraulic oil relies on an electromagnetic valve to provide hydraulic power. So after these iron pins enter the oil tank, most of them will be filtered out by the filter screen in our oil inlet pipe, but a small part of the iron pins will also enter the oil pump, so that the iron pins sucked into the oil inlet pump will enter the solenoid valve. These iron pins, because they cannot flow in the solenoid valve, will cause hydraulic solenoid valve blockage, and hydraulic oil cannot flow, which will result in a corresponding action failure, Causing the hydraulic pipe bending machine to malfunction. Even if this phenomenon occurs, there is no need to panic. Just manually press a certain action according to the buttons on the control panel, then look at the indicator light on the solenoid valve to determine which solenoid valve is no longer working, and then turn off the movie. Then use a 4mm Allen wrench to remove the solenoid valve fixed on the oil distribution plate. After cleaning the solenoid valve with clean kerosene, use an air gun to blow the inside clean and remove the iron pin inside, and then install it to solve the problem.
