Most domestic pipe bending machines use sealing rings made in Taiwan and Japan, so the service life of the sealing ring is relatively long. If the cylinder of the pipe bending machine used by the customer leaks oil, then when replacing the sealing ring, it is necessary to use high-quality and durable sealing rings. The replaced oil cylinder will not leak oil for a long time.
Steps for replacing sealing rings: Depending on the design of each pipe bending machine. Let me choose a common one to talk about! A common pipe bending machine has a worm gear block on the oil cylinder, which contains a worm gear and a screw rod connecting the oil cylinder piston. First remove this area, and then remove the screw rod. At this point, it is necessary to have auxiliary forces such as a crane or forklift, as manpower is difficult and quite dangerous. When lifting the screw rod, it is necessary to be slow and not damage the piston due to excessive force. After dismantling, you will find that there are many sealing rings on the outer wall of the piston, which are generally divided into dust rings, O-ring rings, sealing rings, washers, etc. The most important one is the sealing ring, and other parts generally do not need to be replaced. Of course, if the damage is found to be very serious, it is no harm to replace them.
After replacing the sealing ring, external force is also needed to assist in installing the oil cylinder. After everything is installed, the most important thing is to adjust the stroke of the oil cylinder and the angle on both sides (which usually requires professional debugging). When debugging, it is necessary to first adjust the pressure of the pipe bending machine to around 5-10MPA, then find a few thin plates to experiment, repeat the experiment, and then adjust the stroke of the oil cylinder. Generally, the right oil cylinder is the base point (depending on the actual situation), and adjust the other oil cylinder until the angle is the same. Then adjust the pressure to normal and conduct experiments on some thick plates.
