Like any machine, there may be various problems in use, such as springback at the bend corner, wrinkling, protrusion, and drag marks in various bending processes. Today, we will talk about common problems in the operation process of fully automatic bending machines. However, in practical operation, we must pay attention to:
1. When fully automatic starting, be careful not to enter the area where the body rotates and sweeps. When working on a CNC lathe, all staff are prohibited from entering the indoor space area where the rotating arm and pipes have been swept. The hydraulic transmission system of the CNC lathe uses YA-N32 general gear oil, which is usually disassembled and replaced multiple times over the years. The oil filter must be cleaned together.
2. When adjusting the grinding tool, the adjuster should press the button to carry out the adjustment. It is not allowed to adjust it on the CNC lathe alone. Other people should actually operate it on the control box. When adjusting the CNC lathe or driving an empty car, the core rod should be removed. The hydraulic transmission system must also pay attention to the size of the working pressure in actual operation.
3. Another strictly prohibited method is to manually push and push at a rate that exceeds the angular velocity of the rotating edge of the grinding tool. Usually, after a period of equipment application, the tension level of the transmission chain should be checked to maintain the same tightness of the upper, lower, left, and right transmission chains.
4. During fully automatic actual operation, in the core bending method, the actual operator must ensure that the core head is inside the water pipe before the bending arm returns, or ensure that the core rod is not obstructed when the bending arm returns, to prevent the core head or core rod from being bent or broken by the sheet metal.
